A Glimpse of Ms. Silka Zambales 2013

The new beauties of Miss Silka Zambales 2013 strike a pose to end the event at Subic Bay's Ayala Harbor Point.

After working from my full-time job of eight hours, five days a week, I always make sure I have time to treat myself for a job well done. Most of the times I get to have a two to three hour stay if not in Ayala Habor Point, I stay in SM Olongapo or some quick serving restaurants within the area.

Whenever I’m in Ayala Harbor Point I always check on the events happening in its activity center because I get to learn, entertained and appreciate how they showcase local talents and opportunities for local aspirants.

On October 30, I chance upon another event of beauty and wit with the Miss Silka Zambales 2013. There are I think is about 20 candidates with silka-beauty skin and very lovely faces. Although some were not that so sexy, I know the pageant is for how these gorgeous ladies carry a SILKA brand skin in the national pageant.

You know what, I really don’t have the details of the pageant as I just pass by and stop and watch. Hehehe…

With the recent success of our kababayan ( countryman ), now Miss World 2013, Miss Megan Young,the now preparing for the International competition Miss Earth Philippines Miss Angelee Claudette Delos Santos both from Olongapo city, and the competing Miss Universe Philippines from Laguna Miss Ariella Arida, truly it is our pride to have these kind of local pageants that hone start-up wannabes in the world of pageantry. We never know if someone from these gorgeous ladies will be on the hot spot for international pageants in the future.
