I'm coming back for another story of my firsts! I got an opportunity to get up and chase my dreams, to make a new path and do the things I've never done before. Well, I'm talking about getting out of our comfort zone... Come and join me in another adventure in my life!

Travelling to another city away from SUBIC.

I found a new channel for me to grow and develop. It's almost five months now since I started joining the team of dynamic and professionals here in Makati City. I would say it's not a walk in the park job as everything is new to me...people, places, and experiences. But all I can say is that this is worth going for!

ALVEO Land

Full of fears and excitement, I am so challenged to change my life. I know I want more than what I have now. I know I can be better. I travel the road to Makti City. A place where life is not not just about life like in Subic.

I joined Alveo Land, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. developer of known business districts in the Philippines offering various investment options such as residential units like condominium and house and lots, office spaces, commercial and industrial lots within the metro and some other key spots in the country. By taking charge of my future, I took a leap of faith with this changes in my life and I have no regrets with my my choice as pressure in this field is what I need to keep me moving forward and to be able to consistently motivate myself toin achieving my goals.

At this time, I already learn a lot from colleagues and professionals I met from this company. I got first-hand information and lessons from people I meet and from my observations in this new environment. I learn that life must be moved forward no matter what, that life is a continuing process of growth and development. DO NOT SIT and RELAX. Everything has a pressure and stress. This is life and LIFE is awesome! Live life to the fullest...Live it NOW!

Meet my Firsts Mentors in the Industry

Being part of the real estate industry is so crucial part of my career as professional. It's been a step forward that I don't even know how to start because I have no background about the industry and its competition, how it work and how lifestyle it offers. I graduated with the degree in Accountancy and my previous job was an inventory assistant in a petroleum storage facility in Subic and all I got is to count and maintain records of the physical assets of the company. It was like "What the heck, I made this kind of decision?!"... I feel so impulsive...

Until after my 5-day foundation training ended and met my new friends that make me more of who I am.

This is the usual dinner date with them. Whenever we are together, we share thoughts and personal real estate experiences. They gave me tips that would help me improve my negotiation skills and service to my clients. 

I remember Ms. Michelle called me as a "Promil baby" (means I am gifted child). lol! She has a very positive outlook and has a very fabulous aura. Her 10-year experience in the industry is something of great value. She tell stories that sells.

While, Thal is Ms. Michelle's closest friend and buddy in everything she do. Thal is a year old in the company and I would say one of the smartest I met in our division.We have a lot of common like we love to eat spicy foods and we appreciate arts

As a Property Investment Consultant (PIC), I was given an opportunity to travel and explore what we offer. We have the taste of how it feels to be there too! Exciting trips with new friends and colleagues are so fun. I feel like I'm not working. This is how we live our life as a professional offering the investors a wide array of investment options from the most trusted and reliable real estate developer in the country.

A privilege to attend open houses with my clients and company events are two of the many exciting perks that Alveo offers. I was able to experience the lifestyle of a wealthy individual. Wearing business formal is part of our life. Looking sharp is whom we should be here in order to be trusted by our clients with their money as investments. We have to feel the vibe and believe that we are who we wanted to be.

I believe that everything happens first in our mind before it happens in our life. It's a practice of a good life!
